¡Latin Night with Tumbao! brings a lively weekly Latin music program to Bossa Bistro & Lounge. The band performs rhythms from across Latin America, including Cuba, Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, Venezuela, Colombia, and occasionally Brazil.

Tumbao is led by Cuban keyboardist Jorge Martinez and features vocalist Verny Varela, bassist Manuel Hernandez of El Salvador, Ecuadorian conguero Gustavo Estrella, and U.S. timbalero Ralph Esquenazy. The group is known for energetic performances designed to keep the room dancing.
