Jewish Wellness Festival
Am Kolel, a Jewish Renewal community, invites you to OLAMOT: A Jewish Wellness Festival, a daylong event that closes out Jewish American Heritage Month in Chevy Chase. Named after the Hebrew word for "worlds," OLAMOT explores the connection between ancient Jewish wisdom and modern approaches to holistic health and well‑being. This mindful, community‑centered celebration offers a rich afternoon of rejuvenation, learning, and connection, where attendees can choose from a range of sessions including Judaic meditation, movement, healing arts, and mindful approaches to diet and nutrition.
