At the Heurich House Museum, the Home Theater Festival Salon transforms the historic mansion into an intimate stage where neighbors gather to share a meal, experience transformative art, and collectively reimagine the American Dream. Conceived and produced by Laley Lippard for A [New] American Dream, this salon weaves performance, installation, and conversation through the museum’s domestic rooms, turning each space into a site of imagination and possibility. The evening features a lineup of artists — Phillipa Hughes, Anthony Le, Veronica Faison, Deimoni Brewington, Raghad Makhlouf, Maureen Andary, and Elena Lacayo — whose works invite guests to actively rewrite narratives of belonging and ambition in community.

When: Friday, July 10, 2026, 5:30pm – 8:00pm EDT.

Venue: Heurich House Museum, 1307 New Hampshire Ave NW, Washington, DC 20036, USA.
