Early Show! Son Cubano Subterraneo

Early Show! Son Cubano Subterraneo brings the music of Cuba’s golden era to Washington, DC. This six-piece ensemble performs authentic Cuban Son using traditional instruments and a broad repertoire inspired by artists including Buena Vista Social Club, Beny Moré, and Arsenio Rodríguez. The band invites guests to come out and dance.

The group is led by Cuban-born singer Steven Falcon, who has performed internationally. The performance features Cuban tres, congas, bongos and hand percussion, guitar, and upright bass.
