Shaolin Jazz “Can I Kick It?” ft. ‘Buddha’s Palm”

The Shaolin Jazz “Can I Kick It?” series returns to Songbyrd Music House with a screening of the 1982 Shaw Brothers wuxia fantasy film *Buddha’s Palm*. The story follows a blind recluse who lives in a cave, masters a mythical martial art, and faces off against monsters and rival warriors.

DJ 2-Tone Jones will score the movie live, scene by scene, with a mix centered on hip-hop and related sounds. The evening will also feature food and drink specials and a 37 Dragons pop-up shop offering apparel and other items.
