Wolf's Every Monday Blues Show & Sit-In Jam

Wolf’s Every Monday Blues Show & Sit-In Jam is a long-running blues night at Hank Dietle’s Tavern, bringing together established Washington-area players, emerging talent, and unexpected guest musicians. The evening combines an opening set from a rotating host band with a sit-in jam, so the lineup can change and surprise appearances are part of the tradition.

Past drop-in performers have included Guitar Shorty, Bill Kirchen, Eugene Hideaway Bridges, Jimmy Carpenter, Memphis Gold, Bruce Ewan, Bobby Radcliff, Pierre Beauregard, Johnny Sansone, Johnny Vidacovich, and Grammy nominees Tab Benoit and Steve Riley.

When: Monday, December 7, 2026

Showtimes: 7:00 PM–11:00 PM. The opening show set begins at 7:00 PM.

Tickets: Free. There is no cover charge.

Lineup: The rotating host band features Linwood Taylor on guitar and vocals, Matt Kelley on guitar and vocals, Mike Westcott on guitar, and Guy Bouchie of GXB on guitar and vocals. Andy Hamburger plays drums and Wolf Crescenze plays bass. Additional special guests may join the performance.
