Blondshell - Scaring Strangers Tour

Blondshell (the project of Sabrina Teitelbaum) brings her Scaring Strangers Tour to 9:30 Club on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, with support from Prewn. Teitelbaum’s third album as Blondshell, *Violins*, digs deeper into themes of violence, religion, troubled friendships, and the tension between the world’s violence and its beauty, doing away with the veil of bad romantic relationships that colored earlier work. Co-produced with Yves Rothman and recorded live with the band, the record moves from the solemn buoyancy of “Lucky” to the filmic exposition of “Heart Has to Work So Hard,” the biting acoustic “New Shape,” and the titular track that frames true healing as a lifetime pursuit. Prewn, the project of Izzy Hagerup, will perform material from the solo-recorded album *System*, described as a “private journal made public” that crawls into the dense folds of depression, guilt, shame, and self-absorption while maintaining moments of humor and self-reflection. A portion of every ticket supports The Ally Coalition’s work with homeless and at-risk LGBTQ youth.
