Eliane Elias
Eliane Elias presents a Jobim Centennial Celebration honoring Antônio Carlos Jobim, the Brazilian composer widely regarded as the “father of bossa nova.” The Grammy-winning pianist and vocalist will perform Jobim standards including “The Girl from Ipanema” and “Desafinado,” bringing her own refined harmonies and flowing melodic style to the music. The program will also include selections from Elias’s album *Ao Vivo*.
She will be joined by bassist Marc Johnson, Brazilian percussionist Rafael Barata, and guitarist Leandro Pellegrino.
