The George Mason School of Theater’s beloved musical theater ensemble, The Mason Cabaret, takes over the Concert Hall at the Center for the Arts with “Broadway’s Big Night!” This cabaret-style celebration brings a fresh lineup of accomplished student vocalists to the stage, delivering showstoppers, tender ballads, and duets drawn from the Broadway canon. It’s a perennial favorite in the school’s season, offering a glamorous evening that showcases the range and polish of GMU’s musical theater ambassadors.

The production is co-directed by Erin Gardiner and James Gardiner, with musical direction by Joe Walsh. The Fairfax campus performances run from February 12 through February 14, with multiple showtimes across the weekend. The opening night on February 12 includes a post-show talkback and is fully accessible, featuring both an American Sign Language interpreted performance and an audio described performance. Tickets are available at a general adult rate with discounted pricing for students, staff, seniors, and groups, and a $15 preview option is also advertised. The digital performance program is posted online the week of the show.
