Ages: Children under 5 will not be admitted to evening performances. All patrons, including children, must have a ticket. House management may ask disruptive patrons (including children and their parents) to leave.

Venue: Keegan Theatre, located in Washington, D.C. Seating begins 15 minutes prior to performance. Late arrivals may be seated at intermission; if the show has no intermission, latecomers may not be admitted.

Accessibility: The Keegan Theatre is an ADA-compliant facility. Accessible seating for wheelchair users and limited-mobility guests is available, with companion seats. Wheelchair locations are for non-transferable wheelchair patrons. Assisted listening devices may be requested in advance (valid ID required as deposit, no charge). Guide dogs and service animals are permitted with advance notice to the box office. Special seating requests for hearing or sight needs can be accommodated if seats are available.

Policies: Recording devices and cell phone use during performances are prohibited. In case of inclement weather, cancelled performances will be communicated via email and phone; patrons should check the website for updates. Health and safety guidelines will be sent 24 hours before the performance.
