Punch
Punch is an Olivier Award–winning play by James Graham that follows Jacob, a young man whose impulsive punch during a pub brawl results in a fatality. After serving time in prison, Jacob returns to society angry and directionless, only to receive an unexpected letter from the victim’s parents. The production, directed by David Muse in his final show as Artistic Director of Studio Theatre, is described as a kinetic and unflinching examination of grief, masculinity, justice, and forgiveness.
